Opening soon in the familiar location generations of Copper Country residents and visitors have come to know and love is The Library Restaurant. While the iconic building will look the same from the outside, and the general atmosphere will feel familiar to regulars, there will be many noticeable improvements. The most striking is the introduction of Copper Country Brewery. The brewery will feature some of The Library classics like Miners IPA and Shafthouse Dry Stout, while award-winning long-time head brewer Bob Jackson will be introducing an expanded beer selection to customers.
The Library will also feature a completely revamped menu with some unique items to the area such as king crab, bacon-wrapped shrimp and blackened chicken pasta. The menu will also revive Library classics like RB2, creamy swiss au gratin soup and the unforgettable burgers Copper Country visitors and residents loved. Leading efforts in the kitchen will be Todd Auger of Racers Burger Bistro fame.In addition, the kitchen and serving areas have been revamped quite a bit to improve customer service and serving time. The Library will have several options for vegetarian, gluten free or other folks with unique nutritional needs.
